What FileKey checks besides the columns
The Ajio form requires Buyer Information first: Trade Name (2+ characters) and buyer GSTIN (15 characters, valid format, not the seller's own GSTIN, valid state code). Invoices are filed as B2B to this GSTIN.- Report-type check (letters/digits only): the header row must contain 'Seller Invoice No', or at least 3 of Seller Invoice No, Seller Invoice Date, Seller SKU, CGST PERCENTAGE, SGST PERCENTAGE, IGST PERCENTAGE, Base Price, Shipped QTY, or Seller SKU / Jio Code plus Seller Invoice No / Seller Invoice Number / Seller Invoice Date plus Base Price / Shipped QTY / Cust Order No / Fwd PO No.
- At least one row must have a Seller Invoice No and at least one a Seller SKU, otherwise 'Please upload Ajio sheet.'
- A Seller Invoice Date that cannot be read as a date refuses the upload; a blank one becomes today's date.
- HSN comes from a Seller SKU -> HSN map: SKUs FileKey has not seen (in earlier uploads or this month's RTV report) must be given a 6- or 8-digit HSN in a follow-up step ('Match unrecognized HSN Code with correct entries.').
- Taxable value = Base Price x Shipped QTY; a missing price or quantity gives a 0-value row (no error).
