A few more things FileKey handles
The upload form asks for the e-commerce operator GSTIN (pre-filled; valid e-commerce GSTIN with 'C' as the 14th character).- Sections: 7A(2) = the 3rd sheet, unless it lacks 'cgst %', then the first sheet whose header has 'cgst %'; 7B(2) = the 4th sheet, else the first with 'delivered state' or 'igst %'; Section 12 = the 5th sheet, else the first with 'hsn number' or 'total quantity'. A sheet only counts if it has at least one data row. A missing section is simply empty.
- A .csv is one sheet; it is used for whichever section its headers match.
- If one sheet ends up as two sections the upload is refused ('Please upload snapdeal.').
- 7B(2) 'delivered state' is read as 'NN-State' (the first 3 characters are dropped).
- A blank 'aggregate taxable value' on a 7A(2) row of the client's GSTIN, or on any 7B(2) row with a GSTIN and a state, stops the upload with 'Taxable value column missing.'
